Had some left over Mountain Bread Rye Wraps (Australian buy from Woolies).
Chopped them into bits and grilled both sides till brown and crispy.
Spread some avo on top with salt and it was delicious. 140 cals for chips only probably about 200 with avo.
Much like chips. Probably not strong enough to scoop but you can spread dips on.
Great for volume eating too.
