This isn’t my first rodeo, I lost 45 lbs. a couple years ago but sadly the stress of moving across country added the pounds back on. So, I’m back in the saddle and I’ve learned a few tricks! Thought some people might enjoy this meal plan. This isn’t how healthy I usually eat (I don’t like having so much junk food in my weekly diet, but also I think it will be the only thing that gets me through a week of dieting during Halloween!) I also have Crohn’s, so sadly a lot of my favorite veggies I cant have anymore (like bell peppers, tomatoes, apples, etc). This is a meal plan for 2 people (one who can eat whatever she wants, lol!)
