Can you please tell me the name of this pastry? Also where I can buy it in US or how I can make it? I love it! Thanks!

It’s just croissant dough with a slab of butter and red bean paste sandwiched in between. It’s a play on ang-butter montblanc – a montblanc is a sort of muffin-shaped croissant dough-based pastry (although weirdly enough not based on any specific French pastry, what they call a montblanc is a totally different dessert), where “ang” is short for the Japanese anko, or sweet red bean. It’s a Korean riff on a Japanese flavor combination using a French pastry dough with a confusing name. You could look for it in Japanese/Korean bakeries in the US, although it’s probably less common, or if you wanted to make it, you could either buy or make croissant dough and bake it in thin sheets, then sandwich a layer of sweet red bean paste and butter in between after they cool.
