I followed the recipe almost exactly, but used 2 types of sausage (chicken chorizo and smoked beef to keep it kosher), used canola oil, and multiplied the recipe by 1.5 to make 6 servings. 2 cups of jasmine rice cooked in instant pot with a bit of lime and butter.
