I get on the cross trainer for 1 hour everyday, but i don’t really go fast, i don’t even sweat that much, it’s like a nice walk or a light jog, do you think i’m lightly active or moderately active? I personally think I’m lightly active but i want to get someone else’s opinion

Does your cross trainer track calories burnt? If so, just add those calories to the sedentary calories to determine what range you fall into.
