Howdy folks, figured I would share my chicken stock recipe, sense someone made a post not to long ago about saving kitchen scraps in your freezer. Apologies for the dark/poor photos, I started making this at midnight.

    Ingredients:

    1 rotisserie chicken carcass

1 gallon bag of kitchen scraps (I had onion, parsley, carrot, and celery in my scraps bag)

    Salt & pepper

    Enough water to cover everything.

    Instructions:

1: heat your stock pot, or your largest stainless steel pot over medium heat.

2: add in your chicken carcass, and your vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3: add in water and bring to a boil. Once at a boil, turn heat to low, and allow to simmer between 4 and 6 hours.

4: strain, allow to cool slightly, skim off the skin that will form, and put in jars.

Now enjoy your house smelling amazing.
