    Ingredients:

    – 1 Onion

    – 2 Green Onions

    – 2 Chinese cabbage leaves

    – 5 Shiitake mushrooms (or any type of mushroom)

    – 2 Tbsp butter (or oil)

    – 1 Tbsp garlic

    – 1 Tbsp soy sauce

    – 1 Tbsp oyster sauce

    – 1 Tsp chilli powder

    – 1 Tsp sweet pepper powder

    – 800ml Water

    – 200g Udon noodles (ramen ) (precooked)

    – 3 Tbsp cornstarch powder

    – 5 Tbsp water

    Instructions:

    1.cut an onion into small pieces

    2. cut 2 Green Onions into small pieces

    3. cut 2 Chinese cabbage leaves into small pieces

    4. cut 5 Shiitake mushrooms into small pieces

    5. In a frying pan, put 2 Tbsp butter (or oil)

    To melt the butter

    6. Add green Onions and sauté it a bit

    7. Add 1 Tbsp garlic

    8. add onion

    9. Sauté the onions a little

    10. Add Chinese cabbage

    11. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over low heat

    12. Add 1 Tbsp soy sauce

    13. Add 1 Tbsp oyster sauce

    14. Add 1 Tsp chilli powder

    15. Add 1 Tsp sweet pepper powder

    16. Add Shiitake mushrooms

    17. Add 800ml Water

    18. Cover and leave until boiling

    19. Add 200g Udon noodles (ramen ) (precooked)

    you can put uncooked udon or ramen, but cook them in water separately

    20. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes

    21. In a bowl, add 3 Tbsp cornstarch powder + 5 Tbsp water

    22. Mix well

    23. Pour the starch mixture into the pan

    24.Let the thicken sauce over low heat
