I workout 3 times a week for 30 minutes but if I eat 1800 calories a day I gain about half a pound per week. What’s happening here?

It may be because you’re underweight – especially because you have a lot of muscle that requires more calories. Your body doesn’t know what to do. Your bmi is technically “underweight” at 18.2. But other than that, not sure. Your body may just be happier at a higher weight.
