Crispy fried potatoes, mushrooms, and onions.

    Recipe
    Ingredients:
    -2 small/medium russet potatoes

    -5 baby bella mushrooms

    -1/2 medium onion

    -2 tbsp minced garlic

    -1 tbsp cornstarch

    -A couple pats of butter

    -2-3 tbsp neutral oil OR *OPTIONAL* 2-3 tbsp bacon grease (Optional makes it non vegan/vegetarian)

    -Salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder if you like it

    Directions:

    -Wash, peal, and dice potatoes

    -Place potatoes in medium pot, cover with cold water, and add salt.

    -Boil potatoes until just before fork tender

    -Drain potatoes and set to side.

    -Wash and slice mushrooms

    -Dice onion

    -Heat a skillet medium high heat(I used a cast iron)

    -Add vegetable oil (or bacon grease that’s what I prefer) Let it heat for about 30 seconds

    -Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic cook until soft and browned

    -Add butter in let it melt

    -Sprinkle potatoes with cornstarch and stir around until well coated

    -Add potatoes to skillet

    -Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder

    -Stir until everything is well incorporated

    -Continue to cook everything until potatoes are crispy to liking
