All bought at the Dollar Tree Pictured:
2 bags rice.
1 pound lentils
1 pound black beans
1 pound pinto beans
1 package tortillas
1 box macaroni noodles
1 can pasta sauce
2 biscuit mixes
1 box oatmeal
2 bags frozen vegetables
1 bag frozen blueberries
1 box almond milk
1 box instant mashed potatoes
1 peanut butter
1 canister of vegetable bouillon cubes
1 garlic salt
1 salt
This obviously isn’t ideal but sometimes $25 is all you have. This is enough to keep us fed this week. If I had another $5 I’d get a bag of apples. I’m sharing this to show how I stretch my limited resources in hope that maybe it will help someone else. The entire haul is vegan as well. If you eat meat you can also get cans of tuna and chicken at Dollar Tree.

Amazing, Dollar stores are underrated for grocery shopping I think. I should make a point to stop there first for stuff I need more often before I probably spend more elsewhere lol

I have a real hard time believing there’s enough calories there for 4 people. Guess it depends on how old your kids are
