Vegetarian hamburger mac and cheese – 315kcal / 20g protein

    Alright I know it’s not the prettiest picture but it was super tasty so I wanted to share!

    * Fiber Gourmet mac and cheese – one box – 350 kcal / 20g protein
    * Pea milk – 1/4 cup – 20 kcal / 2g protein
    * Butter – .5 tbsp – 50kcal
    * Gardeiin ground be’f – one serving or 87g – 120 kcal / 18g protein
    * Oil – a little less than a tbsp (just enough to coat pan) – 90 kcal
    * Worcestershire / garlic powder / onion powder / paprika / pepper

    Cook the pasta according to directions. Drain when cooked and mix milk, butter, and cheese packet together with the pasta.

    While pasta is cooking, prepare the faux hamburger meat. Let skillet heat up, add oil, then faux meat and seasonings. Cook on med heat for a few minutes.

    Excellent small lunch (could pair with a veggie or salad), or decent sized dinner if you want to just eat the whole thing for 630 kcal / 40g protein
