Buy maggi/knorr fix for Sahne Geschnetzeltes. Cut the meat into thin strips, sear them in oil, and put the cream/fix in it. You can serve it budget-friendly with precooked discount rice bags for the microwave.

Make a ton of rice, fry some onions with the Turkey, grab a can of peas and then add whatever seasonings you have, even salt and pepper is fine. Mix it all together, you can eat it for days
