My current breakfast of choice. Two over medium eggs, half a bagel, 22g extra sharp lite cheddar, everything bagel seasoning. Vintage plate optional [277kcal)
I put down half the seasoning in the pan before adding the egg on top of it and then add the rest of the seasoning to the top of the eggs. High on flavor and low on calories. Add a banana for sustenance!
