Prepare and weigh all of the ingredients for this recipe. It will be easier and faster to do.◇Step 2 The Gingerbread Batter1. Cream the butter, sugar, and salt together2. Mix in the egg3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg together4. Add the dry ingredients three times5. Alternating with the apple sauce that you will add two times6. Make sure the batter is homogeneous◇Step 3 – Baking & Serving The Gingerbread Loaf1. Grease your loaf pan and line it with parchment paper2. Pour all your mixture3. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F.4. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely5. if you feel fancy, cover it with powdered sugar6. Cut nice pieces7.
