When a neighbour hands you a beer and all you can think about are all the bread-y bits you can make. Focaccia faces!

This recipe was yum! And literally made with all I had in my fridge.
2 cups of flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 can of beer 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
Add ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands until a dough forms. I split my dough into 4 balls and rolled out.
Spread base with a mixture of oil, salt and dried hers. I measured by heart.
Use whatever you have in your fridge to form a face or whatever design. I had a little bit of feta left, a jar of olives, a tiny bit of green pepper and some onion.
I popped this into the air fryer on 180 degrees for 20 mins. Cooking time will vary based on how thinly you roll your dough out.
This was so cheap to make, I had a lot of fun putting it together, and the smile on my 3 year old’s face was absolutely priceless.

Gosh, I’m really grateful for so so much!
