Marinate the mutton piece for 30 minutes with all the marination ingredient except corn flour and gram flour ( Besan )2. Cook the mutton till it is 75% done.3. When the mutton is done and cooled add the corn flour and gram flour ( Besan ) and mix it nicely4. Deep fry the mutton piece till golden brown.5.
