    Before any of y’all come for my life.. I know this is a little calorically dense, but sometimes you’re just craving that cheesesteak but you don’t want to spend all your calories and feel gross the rest of the day.

    This can easily be more healthy by decreasing the cheese, only eating half in one sitting, or subbing some of the meat out for some mushrooms and peppers.

    **how’s it made**

    ~sauté your onions

    ~Make your beef. Careful not to overcook it.

    ~Mix beef and onions and a little cheese

    ~Roll out your dough and add filling. Lie the rest of the cheese lovingly on top and close Stromboli

    ~Preheat air fryer to 330. Cook for about 10 minutes flipping 3/4 way through

    **calorie count**

    The calories are an estimate as I was unsure how much dough I used. I had previously made Skinnytaste bagel dough and had it in the freezer. I believe this is a half of portion, although I will do a more deliberate calculation when I make again. This dough is made half w flour half with Greek yogurt. Again another place you can experiment maybe using whole wheat flour.
