Just curious what the general consensus is on trusting calorie counters that restaurants have on their websites. Family is ordering dominoes and I was getting a medium thin crust, regular cheese, sauce, chicken, spinach, and tomatoes. They claim it has 280 per quarter pizza. It’s hard to believe half of a pizza at dominoes could be just over 500 cal, but then again the thin crust is basically a cracker. What do y’all think? Here’s their breakdown. https://imgur.com/a/VqSdxNo

I tend to trust them more or less for the sake of my own sanity, and because I don’t eat out often enough for the inevitable variation to make a real difference. If you eat out a lot or your calorie intake is very close to your TDEE, you might have to look at things a bit more closely.
