In my non-cico life, I am an avid baker. This was my first time making protein muffins.
Recipe comes from cottercrunch. While they are tasty, I wasn’t overtly impressed and I sat thinking how these needed more moisture. I think next time I will sneak in some pumpkin or apple sauce and try to up the protein.
