Is there anything to replace garlic with? Bcs my mom is religiously vegetarian and she can’t have garlic or onions so I was wondering if there was something that could exchange for garlic.

**Ingredients**
• 350gr/ 12oz / 2¾ cups button mushrooms (whole)
• 300gr/ 10.5 oz / 2½ cups Portobello mushrooms
• 400g / 15 oz can of chickpeas (without the liquid around 240gr)
• 50 gr / 1.7 oz / ¼ cups of butter
• 100 gr / ½ cup cooking cream
• 3-4 garlic cloves
• 1-2 tbsp cornstarch
• rosemary leaves
• 1 tbsp basil
• salt & pepper
**Directions**
1. Start by cutting the mushrooms (I peel mushrooms, but this is optional step)
