Chop the white chocolate into pieces2. Place the chocolate in a bowl for a Bain Marie3. Weight the rest of your ingredients ( Cream, Vanilla Extract, Butter )Step 2 Making The Ganache1. Over a Bain Marie, start to melt your chopped white chocolate2. Add the cream and the vanilla extract3. When it is melted take off the heat4. Mix until homogeneous5. Add the butter pieces6. Mix again7. Refrigerate until cold ( 2-3h)Step 3 Finishing The Balls1. Use a spoon to scoop about 20g of the ganache2. Form them into balls3. Coat them in shredded unsweetened coconut4.
