**INSTRUCTIONS**
1. Melt the butter in a pan on medium heath. 2. Sauté the onion for three to five minutes, until it starts to turn brown. 3. Add the garlic and sauté for one more minute. 4. Stir in the white dry wine and add the thyme and rosemary, let it cook for five minutes. Stirring regularly. 5. Add the lemon juice and stir well. 6. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another ten minutes, stirring regularly. 7. Add the pieces of lobster or crayfish, and stir for another five minutes. 8. Add salt and black pepper to taste 9. Your lobster ravioli sauce is now ready to serve with cooked ravioli.
