Next time would sub AP flour instead of almond, or would find another recipe. The proportions in the batter were a bit off resulting in a odd inner texture.
Still edible and good, but not great. Also at the cost of extra calories, a little bit of sweetener would go a long way. In the mean time, I will probably use some whip cream or peanut butter to dock these up.
If these muffins fought the muffins last week, the ones from last week would beat these ones.
