Meal prepping is of course about saving time. So is using a dishwasher. However, I often spend a lot of time hand washing all of my dishes because my thick glass rectangular Tupperware just doesn’t fit very well in the dishwasher. Just 4 Pyrex glass containers take up my entire bottom rack (i might be able to fit more stuff if I was okay with the glass bumping and smashing into each other).
So, I was wondering how you all wash your glass Tupperware that you use to meal prep and eat with.
All of the guides about how to load a dishwasher only use items that I literally don’t have. I don’t have any nice thin plates. I don’t have any bowls. I literally only have these thick glass Pyrex Tupperware storage and I eat all my food out of this (because I meal prep).
I have the rectangular ones and the circular ones. How do you guys load your dishwasher with your Tupperware??
[Trying to load the dishwasher.](https://imgur.com/a/hur1Zmw)As you can see, the large Pyrex containers basically take up the entire bottom. The medium sized and smaller sized ones would take up the bottom as well unless I’m okay with them smashing into each other during the wash. It’s because they are deep and thick so they don’t stand upright like a normal plate.

The best advice I could give you is that it’s likely taking less water to use the dishwasher on those four doodads than to wash by hand.
