Very filling, tasty and nutritious breakfast!

    I make many versions of this! I have a challenging day ahead so this is one of the loeest cal versions. Inside the ‘burrito’ there is the rest of the egg white mixture, a bit of corn (optional), spinach, taco sauce and cholula. I ofthen add fat free sour cream.
    Today I had turkey links but other times I have a vegan bratburst.
    Fruit can be anything! I love these ones but I also do kiwi, strawberries, blueberries.
    Edamame cam be a bigger quantity, i sometimes do 40-45g, sometimes I do black beans or lentils instead 🙂
    Also instead of this tortilla I mostl use this protein tortilla from Presidrnts choice instead, I love its taste and texture, 140 kcals and a decent size (kind of amy regular sized tortilla) 🙂
