    I’m Vito an italian homemade chef 🙂

    This is my special dish for the xmas eve that I like cook for my family and my guests

    **Recipe:**

    * Spaghetti 100/120 gr per person
    * 1 tablespoon of colatura per person
    * 3 tablespoons of EVO oil per person
    * 1or2 clove of garlic cut into large pieces
    * Parsley to taste
    * Fresh chilli pepper to taste

    **Procedure: (check also the description in the video ;-)**

    1. Put all the ingredient mentioned above in a pan or in a bowl following the dose per person. Mix well
    2. Start cooking pasta checking its cook time
    3. Drain the pasta in the pan with all the ingredients, adding also a little bit of pasta water mix well
    4. Add fresh parsley and olive oil
    5. Serve the pasta and Buon Appetito!!!
