sushi made with seaweed, smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, and a drizzle of spicy mayo and eel sauce. they arent the prettiest, my roll looked good but everything kinda fell apart when i tried to cut it lol

used wonton wrappers leftover to make dumplings, these were DELICIOUS. fried some pork belly with a shaoxing wine, ginger, brown sugar glaze. added some finely chopped kimchi and green onions and filled my wrappers

and homemade miso soup, finally bought dashi from my kimchi jjigae, so the miso tasted like i was in a restaurant!!
