Damn this is pro level stuff!!! Looks like something you’d get at a shop.
Pro tip for anyone making this, rabokki is extra amazing with some fried things to go with it, when the sauce soaks into fried stuff it becomes amazing. Dumplings are always a good bet but even just fried dumpling/egg roll wrappers are awesome with it. You want to throw it in while it’s boiling so the dough sogs out a little.
Also IMO the whole thing is way more enjoyable with some yellow pickle radish on the side.
