Today I made Undhiyu which is by far my favourite vegetable dish. It is made during the winter with hardy vegetable, slow cooking them till they become one. These keep me feeling full and happy all day long.
I also had Taro roots today cooked with lots of chilli and spices. I like to eat spicier food during the winters as I feel like they help to keep me warm.
I was really scared that I’m going to gain all my weight back as I had taken a break from OMAD for the last few days but actually I lost a bit of weight. Not a lot, just 0.5 pounds but I’ll take it happily
