Ingredients:

Rice paper

Cheese slices (I used cheddar but you could use one that you prefer)

Edible flowers

Chopped vegetables and fruits of your choice (I used bell peppers, lettuce, avocado and pomegranate seeds)

Luke warm water in a deep plate to damped the rice paper

Method:

Dip the rice paper in the Luke warm water on both the sides. Be swift and don’t keep the paper dunked in for too long as it will become too difficult to manage. It should be a quick dip on both the sides

Place the damp rice paper on a chopping board and place a few flowers in the middle of it

Place your cheese slice on top of the flowers

Place your chopped vegies and fruits on top of the cheese. It’s always a better idea to under fill than over fill the rolls to ensure the rolls are neat

Once you have added all the fillings in roll your rice paper like a burrito firmly but gently taking care not to tear the paper

Place them in a plate brushes lightly with any oil of your choice so that they don’t stick to the plate

Enjoy your rolls with any sauce of your choice such as Hoisin sauce or chilli sauce.
