Chkn brst with brown rice and a frozen beef stew on top to which I added roasted sweet potato, white onion, and Mexican cebollita. I made 4 servings and it’s ~550 per.

I thought the stew was chili when I came up with this idea in my head. It didn’t really matter it was pretty much still chili but with no beans.
Browned and seasoned the butterflied chkn brst.
Browned and seasoned the potato, onion, and cebollitas in the chickeny oil. Put them in the oven with the chicken to bake.
Toasted the rice in the veggie chicken oil before adding the water.
Put the chicken next to the rice with the stew and roasted veg on top.
