New to this group! I have a goal of losing 50 pounds. I’d love to lose 30 pounds this year if I can’t lose all 50.

I’m eating nutrient dense foods, limited sugar, and aiming to be between 1300-1500 calories. Started yesterday. Here’s todays breakfast: 1 slice gf toast with 1/4 avocado and cherry tomatoes, .8 oz goat cheese. Coffee with steamed cashew milk ❤️

Also doing yoga daily 🧘‍♀️
