Korean Fried chicken ( finger licking good)

    Batter

    1 c. Flour

    3 Tbs corn starch

    1.5 water

    Sauce

    1 Tbs sesame oil

    1 Tbs minced garlic

    1 Tbs mince ginger

    1/4 c. Water

    3 Tbs sugar

    3 Tbs gochujang paste

    1 Tbs soy sauce

    1. Mix all the ingredients for batter in a bowl

    2. In a bowl add sesame seed oil, ginger and garlic and microwave for 30 seconds.

    3. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and mox well

    4. Add wings to batter and deep fry them
