    **ingredients**

    – 1.5 cups of mixed frozen berries (today was blueberry, cranberry, raspberry)

    – 1 tbsp chia seeds

    – 1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt

    – 1.5 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds

    – .5 tbsp raw honey drizzled

    325 cal, 15gr protein, 13gr fiber
