I’ve been wanting to try raw marinated crab for quite some time now, and finally found a jar of this (picture included) brand at H Mart! Before checking out, I did ask the lady that worked there if it was OK to just thaw and eat raw and she said yes! But as I got home, I kept seeing horror stories of food poisoning and got nervous so I just wanted to consult the Sub Reddit for the same question. Have any of you tried this specific brand of FROZEN raw marinated crab and is one of the ways its MEANT to be eaten, thawed & raw? (Don’t want to ask if it’s “safe” since theres always a chance when you’re eating uncooked meat and seafood). Thank you in advance!
