    Easy recipe, quantities don’t really matter but for 2:
    500g Stewing beef
    Carrots
    Parsnips
    Peas
    600ml beef stock
    Worcestershire sauce
    Balsamic vinegar
    Rosemary
    Tomato paste
    Garlic
    Dumplings, pre-made or mix

    Pretty much just throw everything except peas and dumplings in for 6-7 hours, then add peas and dumplings towards the end
