Easy & Delicious Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

    Ingredients:

    2 lbs. chicken breasts

    4 cups chicken broth

    2 cups water

    1 small onion, diced

    2 stalks celery, diced

    2 carrots, peeled and diced

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp onion powder

    1 tsp dried basil

    1 tsp dried parsley

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    1 cup uncooked pasta

    Instructions

    1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.

    2. Add the chicken broth, water, onion, celery, carrots, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.

    3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours.

    4. Remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred with a fork.

    5. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and add the uncooked pasta.

    6. Cover and cook on high heat for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.

    7. Serve hot and enjoy!
