It does not look super appetizing right now but it tastes amazing!! I think bay leaves, duck fat and red wine helped.

    My recipe:
Warning: This is all made up recipe.
    Ingredients:
    1 big onion
    2 big garlic
500 g lean diced beef (i think itd be better if wasnt lean)
    2 bay leaves
    Red wine
1 cup of Oxtail bone broth (homemade)
    2 knorr rich beef stocks
6 cherry tomatoes (go crazy, make it 7)
    1 tbs Tomato paste
    1 tbs Mild pepper paste
    Paprika
    Chili powder
    Steak seasoning
    1 tbs Duck Fat
    1 tbs Butter

So I cooked my beef a bit in duck fat. And I combined all other ingredients except for wine in my slow cooker. I added boiled water until I can cover up my ingredients. I cooked it in low heat and as 4 hours passed by, I added 1 cup of wine. Another 3 hours and it was done.
    Improvements for the future
    >cook onions before making the stew.
    >add more duck fat, shit tastes amazing
    >add more potatoes
    >have more homemade broth

It tastes very nice and I would say the best addition was duck fat.
