    Here is the recipe….

    Braise the lamb shoulder on high heat for 7 min in desired sauce and red wine .

    Some garlic
    Some Chile flakes
    Some oxo lamb powder
    Paprika
    Smokey BBQ spice
    French Bordeaux or South africa pinotage red wine the best 👌

    Sit it In the slow cooker for 8 hour jacuzzi

    Enjoy with some mint jelly baked potatoes and veggies
