I mostly followed this recipe https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/slow-cooker-spicy-pork-chili/

I added 2 tsp cumin and left out the cayenne pepper. My husband adds jalapenos to his bowl when we serve it. I cubed the pork tenderloin into 1 inch cubes before I added it to the slowcooker.

Our favorite toppings include cilantro, green onions, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, pickled jalapeno slices and corn chips (or tortilla chips).

Came here to downvote anyone who says chili isn’t supposed to have beans in it.
