    Chorizo,
    2 medium Onions,
    1/2 Cabbage head,
    Bag of small Potatoes,
    Bag of baby Carrots,
    Celery (2 stalks),
    Chicken broth/stock,
    Stewed tomatoes (1 can),
    Rotel (1 can),
Cilantro (as much as you want or don’t),
    Garlic(to taste),
    Dill,
    Paprika,
    Salt,
    Pepper, Salt
    Olive oil

Sauté chorizo in pan with olive oil. After it crisps, take chorizo out of pan and throw chopped onions in pan. Add paprika. After onions sweat, throw in some garlic.
Cut celery and cabbage. Add chorizo, onions w garlic, celery, tomatoes, rotel, cilantro, dill, paprika, salt and pepper in crockpot with 8ish cups of chicken broth. Set low 8 hours. After three hours, add the carrots and potatoes.

Looks so good! A tip that I’m sure you’re aware of OP, and I started to use it in my soups, instead of mini carrots, I started buying shredded, and using that. Seems to work better for me.
