    Air fried pork chop, half a serving of Muscle Mac, balsamic (not burnt!) roasted carrots

    Protein bar and small diet soda

    *Dinner*

    2 tacos with high fiber/low cal tortillas, lean ground beef, lettuce, light sour cream, onion, and bell pepper.

    Skillet corn with garlic butter

    I know it’s a big lunch, but I work 6 straight hours without a break for snacks!
