So I kept seeing the posts about that soup so I decided to make a go of it. Instead of chicken I used Italian sausage with red pepper and cheese in it also added some shrimp to mine. I used tomato paste, chicken stock, and heavy cream. Onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes and celery and as far as seasonings I used salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic and onion powder and basil and Italian seasoning. I also cooked it in a pot. I served with french bread toasted with boursin cheese smear. Dipping that in was heaven.

In my opinion if it has spinach, cream, tomatoes and tortellini it is still “the soup” and I am still worn out of seeing it

The other day I made soup, thought it’d be nice to have a little pasta in it, and voila, I had a big pot of pasta and no soup.
