Trying make pizza in conventional oven

    Just found out you can do a top rack broil to get the heat up. Dough recipe is from Vito, but this is before the second fermentation. I was eager to test things out. Definitely better consistency, chewy and crunchy etc. much better than my other attempts which were… just bad.

    This looks like a nice bake! If you toss the dough a bit larger, it’ll be totally legit.
