That’s Fritland, in the center of Brussels, no? If you have an opportunity, try the fries at Place Flagey.
ETA: there used to be a really good authentic “frietkot” at “Place de la Chapelle”, too. Not sure if it still exists, but that used to be even better than Flagey.
