
i recently made this [creamy korean ssamjang pasta](https://erictriesit.com/creamy-korean-ssamjang-pasta/) because i was looking for a way to use up some pork belly in my freezer. the pictures really sold me but i had never used ssamjang in recipes before. the pasta was delicious and the flavor of the ssamjang sauce was *chef’s kiss*. i’m kinda obsessed – how else can i use this stuff?
