I blended 200g Cottage cheese, half a cup fizzy water, 60g egg whites and 80g of flour with some salt and erythriol, this makes 2 portions: 2 pretty large crepes. For stuffing I used 250g of quark, 100g of skyr, some erythriol and vanilla (again, this is for 2 portions) and then boiled down 500g frozen blueberries to top it with.
Hit the spot for a sweet breakfast and a ton of protein!
