Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C/355°F. Roughly chop hazelnuts, mangos, raisins, and apricots.

In a large bowl, combine oats, dried fruit, hazelnuts, brown sugar, walnut oil, a pinch of salt, and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Spread granola evenly onto a baking sheet (lined if needed). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/°355°F for approx. 15 – 20 min. Allow to cool.

In a glass, layer the yogurt and the granola. Top with berries. Serve with more maple syrup and cinnamon for a sweeter flavor. Enjoy!
