Had a Costco rotisserie carcass so thought I’d fake up some broth to make “whatever I have in the pantry” soup later. We’ll see what 8 hours looks like.

    They work great, and what’s fun is then you can make the broth plus use the chicken in the same soup & it saves so much time and tastes great

    I buy rotisserie chicken specifically to make stock. The fact that you also end up with a good amount of chicken to shred is an added bonus.
