Ingredients: 1 can full fat coconut milk Half a cauliflower 1 small onion 1 each red and yellowbell pepper 1 large potato 3 teaspoons curry powder 2 teaspoons garam masala Crushed red chili and salt to taste 2 cups of frozen peas 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
Mix all ingredients except last two together and cook on low for 6 hours or until veg is tender and potato is cooked through. Stir in frozen peas and cilantro and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice.
